Monday 26th October 2026: Call for Proposals for EVA London 2027
Wednesday 9th December 2026 (TBC), 18:00-20:30: CAS AGM, Speaker & Social
Monday 11th January 2027: Deadline for Proposals, Peer Reviewing begins.
NB. Full Paper Submissions should be in ‘first draft paper format’ as far as possible.
Monday 18th January 2027 (TBC): CAS Jasia Riechardt Lecture  (Hybrid)
Monday 1st February 2027: Peer Review Grades Deadline
Monday 8th February 2027: Peer Review Final Comments Deadline
Tuesday 16th February 2027 18:00-20:00: EVA Committee meeting & Submissions Selection (Online)
Monday 22nd February 2027: Proposers notified of the Selection Committee’s decisions
Monday 22nd February 2027: Final Deadline for Research Workshop Applications (N.B. Only if any places are still available. Please apply directly at the earliest opportunity.)
Friday 26th February 2027: Decisions announced on successful Research Workshop Applications, if places not previously confirmed
Friday 5th March 2027: Deadline for provisionally accepted submissions
Friday 12th March 2027: Deadline for final submission of Fully Formatted Papers for Proceedings and hand-signed ‘Licences to Publish’ forms (see authors notes)
Thursday 18th March 2027, 18:00-20:00: EVA Committee meeting (Online): Programme Drafting. Confirmation of 2027 Registration and Publishing Fees by Committee.
Thursday 25th March 2027: Deadline for submission of formatted Research Workshop papers
Monday 12th April 2027: Draft EVA London 2027 programme published online with all confirmed Registration and Publication Fees
Tuesday 11th May 2027: EVA Eventbrite Registration and Publication Fees Payments for all Delegates for EVA London July 2027 opens
Tuesday 11th May 2027: EVA Eventbrites for Evening Events Launched
Tuesday 11th May 2027, 18:00-19:30: EVA Committee meeting (Online): conference planning.
Monday 12th July 2027: EVA London 2027 Conference opens (Hybrid: In-Person and Online at BCS Moorgate)
Friday 16th July 2027: EVA London Conference 2027 closes
